About RichBrownell.com
You know my name already and chances are, as you are at this site, you know a bit about me already, so I'll keep this brief.
I've been involved in the internet since the early 90's, but my reputation did not truly begin until April 1, 2002 when I, with a handful of friends, launched GamesAreFun.com (GAF), a popular video game website. It grew steadily and we eventually decided to launch a sister site dedicated to anime at AnimeDistrict.com (AniDis). Both of these are gradually increasing in popularity and gaining more users every day.
Most recently, I accepted a Web Developer position at American Power Conversion (APC), which is my "real" [paying] job.
GAF, AniDis, and APC are frequent topics of discussion (in such ways that don't violate any NDAs I have signed). In addition, I link to and comment on things that interest me in the worlds of web development, technology, and quite possibly a very small amount of politics. Please be aware that everything posted on this site is my opinion and not necessarily the opinion of GAF, AniDis, APC, or any other company I have worked with.
